We also implement operating models and processes within companies, the cost of which varies based on the size and complexity of the project.

Time and Materials

When we engage in a mixed remuneration model or build technology, we work on a ‘time and materials’ basis.

Additionally we provide T&M only services.

We provide a clear scope and estimate upfront, but charge based on the actual time and resources utilised.

This allows for maximum flexibility in projects.
